1. Buy voluntary car insurance by comparing prices with MrKumka.com(“Company”) between November 1st, 2022 - January 31st, 2023 and get 1 chance per 1 purchased policy to join a lucky draw to win a 48,000 baht worth iPhone14 Promax 256GB. There are 3 prizes in total.
2. The Company will compile a list of the eligible participants within such period into a pool, then draw the lucky winners through an automation system. The Company will announce the lucky winners through Facebook Page: @mrkumkathailand on February 15th, 2023.
3. The lucky draw will take place at Mr. Kumka.com, Harbor mall, unit 11A01, Moo 10, Sukhumvit Road, Tungsukla, Sriracha, Chonburi Thailand.
4. The prize image shown on the website is for advertising purposes only. The Company reserves the right to change the colour of the prizes without prior notice.
5. This promotion is only for any customer who buys voluntary car insurance by comparing prices with MrKumka.com for the insured vehicle the first time, and the existing customers of voluntary car insurance that his/her policy has already expired.
6. The right to participate in this lucky draw is reserved only for the customers (end users) not including brokers, agents, or anyone who identifies themselves as unauthorized sellers of our products, or any person acting in a similar manner.
7. Employees of Mr.Kumka.com Company Limited, Roojai Company Limited, Roojai Service Company Limited, Ignite Service Company Limited are not eligible to participate in this prize draw.
8. By participating in this promotion, you have given the Company your consent for the Company to collect and process your personal information for the purpose of this activity including the purpose of advertising this activity.
9. The lucky winners will be responsible for the withholding tax of 5% of the prize value.
10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. The Company reserves the right to reject granting the benefits from this special promotion if you have received any benefits from other promotions.
11. The lucky winner must verify his/her right to receive the prize through Facebook Page: @mrkumkathailand or Line: @Mrkumka within 14 days after the lucky winners’ names are announced. If within such period, the lucky winners do not contact the Company to verify his/her right, it shall be deemed as he/she has given up the right to receive the price.
12. The lucky winners shall bring the original copy of ID card and the original copy of an active car insurance policy along with a copy of each mentioned document to the Company office to claim the prize in person only.
13. If the lucky winners buy voluntary car insurance with an installment payment plan, the prize can be claimed when the premium is paid in full.
14. If the purchased voluntary car insurance is cancelled before the expiry date, the prize winners acknowledge and accept that the Company reserves the right to ask for the return of the prize or the value of the prize within 7 days from the cancellation date.
15. The Company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions or cancel this activity without prior notice. In any case of dispute, the Company’s decision is final.
16. The Company reserves the right to reject any request to change the prize into cash or to other prizes and the right to receive the prize is not transferable.
17. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the distribution of the prize for any person who commits any fraud, dishonesty in order to receive the prize or any person who is in violation of the rules and conditions of the activity.
